Witness and review points attended to approved Inspection & Test Plans and Quality Control Plans, with clear release records.
NDT — VT, MT & PT
Visual, magnetic particle and liquid penetrant inspection to ASME, API and ISO standards by ASNT Level II personnel.
Qualification Test Witnessing
Elastomer and seal qualification at accredited test laboratories — RGD, ageing, tensile, hardness and density testing.
Pre-Shipment & PVOC Inspection
Source and pre-shipment inspection of packed goods for export conformity programmes and EPC contractors.
Reporting, NCRs & Dossiers
Daily and weekly inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports tracked to closure, quality records and handover dossiers.
